Anyone entering the competition agrees to any photos taken to be used for future advertising and publicity. There will be two competition's: 15 and unders. 16 and overs. Registration can take place on the website or at the Geek Asylum table over the weekend of the event. (Cosplay competition on Sunday 16th February 2020)

•You will be announced to the stage by the MC. •You will be asked your name,where your from and who your character is. •You will be asked to perform a stance or say a spoken piece lasting no more than 40 seconds. •You will then join the organiser back of stage to await results of your group. Points awarded: Judge 1. Will be marking on accuracy and skill of your Armour build. Judge 2. Will be marking on accuracy and skill of your Textile work. Judge 3. Will be marking you on the accuracy of your Character portrayl. Decision: • Each judge will decide who their winners are from each age group and categories. • All three from each group will be returned to the stage. • An overall winner will be selected from the winning finalists. • Judges decision's are final. You will be able to register with the table staff up until 1pm on the day. If at any point you are bullied over the weekend please attend the Geek Asylum table where they will inform a member of the CSFC team. safety instructions1. No functional weaponry can be used as a prop. (This includes and not limited to BB guns/paintball guns/knives/katanas/nerf guns/daggers etc)
2. All prop guns must have the barrel covered with bright tape or a plastic cap. 3. No lasers or pyrotechnics. 4. No illegal items may be brought in to the building for use. 5. Your costume must not have any part that may cause injury to general members of the public or other attendees. NB.Anything deemed unsafe at the event may be confiscated by staff and returned to you at the end of the event. *please act responsibly at all times. |
